What data is processed?
Legal bases for data processing
To be able to offer our website and the related services, we process personal data on the following legal bases:

When personal data is processed on the basis of a consent granted by you, you have the right to withdraw that consent in relation to us at any time with effect for the future.
When we process data on the basis of a balancing of interests, you as the data subject have the right to object to the processing of your personal data pursuant to the provisions of Art. 21 GDPR.
Access data
When you visit our web pages, personal data is processed so that we can display the content of the website on your device.
The IP address of the device you are using must be processed for the pages to be displayed in your browser. We also receive other information about your device’s browser.
Under data protection legislation, we are obliged to ensure the confidentiality and integrity of the personal data processed by our IT systems.
For that purpose and out of that interest, the following data is logged on the basis of a balancing of interests:
- IP address of the accessing computer (for maximum seven days)
- Operating system of the accessing computer
- Browser version of the accessing computer
- Name of the file retrieved
- Date and time of retrieval
- Data volume transferred
- Referring URL
After seven days the IP address is deleted from all systems used in connection with the operation of these web pages. We can then no longer identify you personally on the basis of the remaining data.
Furthermore, the data is also used to identify errors in the web pages and rectify these.
Internet search engines
We operate internet search engines by means of which generally accessible information about individuals and/or business people is automatically collected, compiled and then published on our web pages. We do our utmost to ensure that the data concerned has always been made public by the people concerned themselves.
The data is processed on the basis of a balancing of interests. Our interest consists in the operation of internet search services and information portals. The individuals concerned can, at any time, demand the erasure or blocking of content. Corresponding communications are examined without undue delay and data is then erased or blocked.

Your rights as a data subject

When you request information but not in writing, please appreciate that we may request evidence from you proving that you are the person you claim to be.
Furthermore, you have a right to rectification or erasure of data or restriction of processing insofar as you are so entitled by law.

Erasure of data
We generally erase personal data once there is no longer any requirement to store it.
