you *should* be able to use Unicode Tamil fonts with CS6 Middle East version, as this has the World Ready Paragraph Composer required for Indic scripts. As for the keyboard/input method, I'm on OS X, which has a Tamil99 keyboard installed and ready to use. I've also got an Anjal keyboard layout.
