(born July 19, 1966) is the District Attorney for North Carolina Prosecutorial District 3B, which includes Carteret, Craven and Pamlico counties. Previously, he was a member of the North Carolina State Senate from 2000 to 2005, representing the Second Senatorial district. Before that, he was a one-term member of the North Carolina House of Representatives.
