Congratulations to Crystal Bairstow on her 50th parkrun and Jeff Douglas on his 25th time as a volunteer. And speaking of volunteering, my motivational speech this morning about giving it a go was apparently spectacularly ineffective - just check out the roster! Volunteering really is great fun.
