Two men charged in connection with Waynesboro thefts

[Staunton News Leader] - Gary Ray, 31, and Tyler Montgomery, 18, each face a felony charge of grand larceny. The two men are suspected of entering an outbuilding to a home in the 90 block of Briar Rose Lane, which sits just outside of Waynesboro, and stealing the items.
