District faces decision on land acquisition

The second location, a 152-acre lot just to the south of the Donnelly site, is owned by Ordell and Helen Nordseth. The purchase price for the Nordseth property is $35,000 for about 43 acres, according to District 192 consultant Mark Beltz. The balance, 109 acres, would be sold for $11,500 per acre.
