Had many years ago an ancient etymological dictionary found in two sources: 1 Kaufmann Basel, 14 Jhrdt 2. Origin "Juneman" (the man from Junehof), a medieval manor in Eschwege (Hessen Nord) In contrast to the above name is in fact the young man has something to do with em adjective "young to do." Eschwege is not far from Kassel. Since I come from Kassel and occurs more frequently and the last name, especially in the territories of the former independent Landgrafentums Hessen-Kassel, I think, at least for me the second home for very plausible.
