Fired Macomb Probate Court official's lawsuit tossed by judge

[Royal Oak Daily Tribune] - US District Judge Avern Cohn on Tuesday dismissed Macomb County as a party and granted “summary disposition” to Circuit Judge Mark Switalski and Probate Judge Kathryn George, in the lawsuit filed by Donald Housey, who died at 70 in February.
