Goch, the 02/23/2008 According to family tradition, are the other one Huguenots from Brittany. I could trace the origin to Bertrange (Bert rings) in Lorraine (France) (church book entry of the community Niedernhausen at Bad Kreuznach). In France, so far no additional evidence to be found. The name may have been Germanized. In my current state of knowledge derived from all sweeping one of the clan. So far I have found reciprocal one in Germany, Austria, Switzerland, England, Sweden and USA. The first family came well after the end of 1500 Niedernhausen.
