Another pupil Muhammad Syabil Mohd Syahrizan, 10, from SK Kem said it has been his dream to take part in a mass circumcision. "My father has asked if I would be interested to do the circumcision at private clinic but I told him that I prefer for mass ceremony because this event is grand and very joyful.
