· Sydney businessman Anthony Krkac developed the free app out of frustration that reports of vandalism would get lost in bureaucracy with no central database to manage it. He says the app has helped catch more than 80 offenders in NSW from more than 19,000 reports from individuals, police and council workers over the past 18 months.
